Before the day, it would be great if you could have a think about the answers to these two questions:
What is it that bothers you about your skin?
What would you like to change?
By clarifying the answers to these two questions in your own mind before you arrive, you will be able to better communicate with your therapist what it is you wish to achieve.
Also, do reflect on what level of commitment you are prepared to make, both financially and with regards to your time. This will help your therapist tailor a program that is realistic and achievable for you.
